Yes.  All content can be changed to suit your individual requirements.

We ask for an initial commitment of 12 months.  Following this, your agreement reverts to a monthly term. 

No.  We provide  a website design, content, Content Management System, maintenance and support package to use for the term of your subscription.  If you would prefer to "own" your website, we can build one from scratch, add your own content and images and set it up for you to maintain and host yourself.

No.  We offer additional options that you can purchase, but we will never ask for more money that  what you originally signed on for.

Well, that depends...if you own the website content, then sure we can import that for you.  However, if you are moving from another website service provider and they own the rights to that  content, then no, you cannot use that.

Yes.  A small fee may apply to cover the costs of incorporating the code though.

Following your initial 12 month commitment, you are free to cancel your contract at any time - all we ask for is a months notice.

We'll advise you about this depending on some research we conduct on your area.  Some sites will require more work than others depending on the level of competition.
